Issue Multiple Certificates

Enter information for all certificates

Please enter the date the student completed the debtor education course. Choose the certificate authorizer and signature preference. This information will be the same on all certificates.

Customer Name	Bankruptcy Case Number	Judicial District/Division

Enter the student name, bankruptcy case number, and select a judicial district/division.
Then click "Add" (or press alt + a). The individual will be added to the list of certificates ready to be issued, and a new blank link will appear.

When this list is complete, click the button "Issue these Certificates". The system will take you to a page where you can create a PDF for each individual certificate.
Please input the text exactly as you would wish it to appear on the certificate; make sure to capitalize names properly.
No certificates will be created until you click the "Issue these Certificates" button.
If you make a mistake on a line, click the "remove" button to remove the entry with an error.
